It is recommended that the Mayor and City Council approve the Ordinance 18-08 rezoning 203 W. Coolidge Ave from I-2 to C-2.

The General Plan designation for this property is Downtown Core which does not allow for I-2 zoning.  Rezoning the property to C-2 would align it with the City's General Plan.  This property is owned by the City.

The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their May 9, 2018 meeting, recommended approval of the proposed rezoning.
